Dirt Warriors is a family-run commercial cleaning business based just outside Porth, covering South Wales from Cardiff to Swansea and everywhere in between.
We are not a franchise. We are not a call centre. And we are not the kind of company where you never speak to the same person twice. When you contact us, you deal with people who know your site, know your name, and take responsibility for the work.
That sounds like it should be obvious. It is surprisingly rare in this industry.
Dirt Warriors started because our owner had spent decades inside the cleaning industry and kept seeing the same problems. Missed visits. Poor training. Standards that faded the moment the contract was signed. Clients who felt like they were paying for a service and getting a favour.
Cleaning is not glamorous work. But it matters more than people think. A clean office keeps staff healthy and clients confident. A properly turned-around holiday let earns five-star reviews. A solid tenancy clean gets your deposit back. A deep clean of a family home can lift a real weight off someone who has been struggling.
So the business was built on a simple idea. Do the work properly. Treat the client like a person. Charge a fair price. Turn up when you say you will.
Three and a half years on, that has not changed.
Cleaner → supervisor → area manager across three commercial cleaning companies, plus four years running a specialist oven cleaning business.
Our owner has worked in professional cleaning for more than 30 years. Not behind a desk. On the tools, every day.
That career started as a cleaner. Then supervisor. Then area manager for three separate commercial cleaning companies, responsible for standards across dozens of sites and teams of cleaners. Four years running a specialist oven cleaning business sat alongside all of that.
Every one of those roles teaches you something different. As a cleaner you learn what a proper finish looks like. As a supervisor you learn how to keep a team consistent. As an area manager you learn how to handle clients, contracts, complaints and expectations. And as a specialist you learn that some jobs need a specific skill set. There is no winging it.
All of that feeds into Dirt Warriors now. When we quote a job, we know how long it will really take. When we train a cleaner, we know what needs covering. When something goes wrong on a site, we know how to fix it quickly.
The cleaning industry does not stand still. Products change. Chemicals get reformulated. Health and safety rules tighten. Some clients now need infection control standards that were not on anyone's radar a few years ago.
We take professional cleaning courses regularly. Biohazard work, hoarding support, medical hygiene, safe handling of stronger products. If we are going to offer a service, we want to be properly trained in it. Not guessing because the phone rang and we said yes.

Every business has a values page. Most of them read the same. Ours is short because we would rather show it in the work.
Miss a visit, mess up a quote, promise a Friday and turn up Monday, and you lose a client. So we do not do those things. Reliability is the number one thing our clients tell us they wanted from a cleaning company and had struggled to find.
Commercial clients. Homeowners. Cleaners on our team. The engineer we bump into on site. Everyone gets the same respect. It is not complicated, but it matters.
Some of the homes we walk into are spotless. Some are not. People fall behind for real reasons. Illness. Age. Disability. Bereavement. Mental health. A family situation that got out of hand. If you have called us, we figure you have already done the hardest part. Our job is to get on with the work, quietly and kindly.
There is a difference between cleaning and moving dust around. We care about the first one. If a job is done properly you can see it, smell it and feel it the moment you walk in. That is what we aim for every time.
The honest answer is that our owner saw a gap for a South Wales cleaning company that put standards first. Real standards. The kind you can see in a corner that has been properly reached, or a floor that still looks good three days later.
There is a personal side to it too. Over the years we have cleaned for families going through the hardest weeks of their lives. That has shown us how much a good cleaning company can actually mean to real people. It is about giving someone their home back, or letting a business owner go home at night without worrying about the state of the place.
If that sounds a bit sincere for a cleaning company website, we are fine with that. We would rather be honest about it.
The process is straightforward.
Commercial contracts get a written schedule and, where it helps, a shared task list so nothing slips on either side. Domestic clients get the same care in a lighter format.

That kind of loyalty is not built on marketing. It is built on doing the work right, month after month.
